We offer you cozy and modern rooms and apartments - we are located in a picturesque corner of Sirius county, near the arboretum park "Southern Cultures". It is 4 km from the airport to the hotel - the proximity of the location will allow you to enjoy the views of the planes flying over the hotel.

Accommodation with pets	Accommodation with pets is available on request.
Parking space	Check the availability of parking spaces due to their limited number.

Cancellation policy

An advance payment must be made within three days of booking to guarantee your accommodation. The free cancellation and modification period is 24 hours before check-out time.
